What is your favorite product from France? A perfectly aged wine from Bordeaux, a wonderful gruyere cheese, or perhaps an aromatic block of fresh lavender soap? All very nice – but in my case, it is fabric. Yes, fabric. While surfing the internet late one night (which I have to admit I do on occasion) I found a wonderful little website, frenchrendezvous.com, that imports French fabrics. The fabrics are wonderful colors and patterns that are distinctively French and instantly take me to Provence. And now I am excited to turn them into fun little French girls. Here is my first of several I hope! She is donning a matching handkerchief, but I have a feeling the next one will be sporting a little french beret!
