Have you ever thought about what’s in a label? I am not big into labels. I just like to think I am who I am….no strings attached…no labels. BUT… I was very excited when my new labels came in for my dolls this week. For one thing, I like to sew them on the dolls, and for another thing, there actually is a lot of meaning in them. The dolls are named Kelley Corbett dolls. And for those of you who do not know me and my family, my daughter’s name is Kelley, my sons middle name is Corbett, and the blue bird on the label is for my husband. My daughter calls him the “Blue Macaw.” So each time I sew a label on the dolls, it reminds me of each person in my family and how special they are to me.
